30-day postage paid returns

Return & Refund

Within 30 days skywaylight's return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of receiving the item. If your received product is older than 30 days, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. All returns need to be requested in advance by sending an email to us at support@skywaylight.com. We will reply to your approved return email with a mailing address. Simply send the product to the provided mailing address, and you will need to pay the shipping costs upfront (we will refund the shipping costs as appropriate).

Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging.

Returns are not allowed in the following cases:

The merchandise has been installed and used. Any item is submitted for return more than 30 days after receipt of the product.

Refunds

If your return is received, inspected, and determined to be eligible for a refund, we will process your refund. If the return is due to personal reasons, we will deduct the cost of the item from the refund amount. If it is due to product quality or our responsibility, we will refund the full amount.

For eligible returns, your refund will be processed. Please note that it may take some time for banks to process refunds, usually 1-3 days for PayPal and 2-5 days for credit card refunds.

Breakage during Shipping

In rare cases, breakage can occur, but we cannot rule out that crushing and collision during shipping are the causes of broken parts. Please contact us, and we will replace the broken parts for you free of charge.

Clearance Items and Custom Items

Only regularly priced items are eligible for refunds. Clearance items and custom items are final products and cannot be refunded, but we will exchange or replace the item due to our responsibility.

Exchanges

An exchange involves returning a purchased item and purchasing a new item.
