Order Processing Time

This refers to the time elapsed from when a customer places an order until the seller delivers it to the courier. Typically, orders are shipped within 3-5 business days after confirmation/payment. Special orders may require a processing time of 5-9 business days. Orders placed on weekends may experience delays.

Our warehouse operates during standard business hours, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. In such cases, we take measures to minimize shipping delays.

Note:

For all product packages with a maximum side length of 39 inches (100 cm) or less, we ship via expedited express. For packages with a maximum side length exceeding 39 inches (100 cm), we ship via ocean freight. If you require special express service, please contact us (support@skywaylight.com). If your product exceeds 39 inches but you need it quickly, you can contact us (support@skywaylight.com) to cover the difference in shipping costs.

When Will You Receive Your Shipment?

Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time (depending on your location)

What if I Can't Find My Package?

In rare cases, you may not find your product even if the tracking information from shipping agents like FedEx or UPS shows it has been delivered. Don't worry! Please contact us within 30 days, and we'll ensure you receive the product you ordered. Claims for lost packages cannot be made to the shipping agent after this period, and unfortunately, we cannot assist further.

Tracking

You will receive an email when your order ships, including a tracking number (which will be active within 24 hours). Note: This may take longer during events or holidays. Tracking information may take 48 to 72 hours to update. If you have trouble tracking your package, please contact us, and we will address the issue within 48 hours.

Extended Delivery Times

If your order is delayed, please contact us via email at support@skywaylight.com, and we will promptly verify the situation with the shipping company. Thank you for your understanding and support.

Order Cancellation

If you contact us promptly after your purchase, we can cancel your order. If your payment is complete but the package has not been shipped, you can cancel your order before delivery. We will issue a full refund. Once the package has been shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

Taxation

In a few cases, orders may be subject to customs fees imposed by your government, for which you are responsible. We apologize for the inconvenience, but we have no control over customs authorities. Please contact your local customs office for more information on customs fees, duties, and taxes.

Transit Damage

In rare cases, transit damage may occur, though crushing and bumping cannot be ruled out as causes. Please contact us, and we will replace the broken part for you free of charge.
